About Us
USCATTLEHAULERS.COM is a totally free website,
set up by livestock truckers for livestock buyers,
Shippers, Comm. Co's, Brokerage Firms that handle
livestock, & for the livestock trucking companies running
all across America.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my grandfather,
Coen Little {born July 1898, passed away August 1984}
who started in the livestock industry in the
very early 1900's
In and around 1925 he started hauling livestock, from
farms & ranches around Carrollton, Mo. to local sale barns
& then to the Kansas City Stock Yards.
In 1936 Coen & his wife Helen were blessed with the birth
of twin boys, Dwight & Dwain.
Both of the boys went on to haul livestock & from that grew
Little & Little Trucking.
We lost grandpa in August of 1984, grandma followed in 1991
Dwight was killed in an auto accident after leaving the
Carrollton Sale Barn in August of 1966.
Dwain went on hauling cattle & livestock until the mid 1980's
Dwight, although his life was cut short. was blessed with 2
daughters, Sandy (the oldest of the 2) & her husband R.J.
are the ones that did all the tech. required to have this web-site
Dwain, whom I am very sad to say, passed away Sept. 7 , 2004
in Carrollton, Mo. of COPD / a lung disorder.
Dwain had 2 sons, Dan the oldest & also the oldest grandchild,
& his wife Barbara, took over Little & Little Trucking in the
mid 1980's & in 1996 changed it to Little & Little Trucking LLC
They run the business currently today.
It is because of the hard work that this family has put into
the livestock trucking industry that USCATTLEHAULERS.COM is here.
The Little family felt that this site would benefit everyone
in the livestock transportation field.
We hope & pray that all that use this site, take the time to
remember ALL the thousands of people that have worked for
years on end to make the LIVESTOCK TRUCKING INDUSTRY what it is
today.
Our thanks to all for the help & input needed to develop this site.
GOD BLESS
Dan Little
